With a Bachelor of Science in Business and a minor in Marketing from the University of Central Florida, he is well qualified to assess your financial situation and come up with the best possible options for you whether it be a refinance, new purchase, construction loan or debt consolidation, Dan will have a program for you. Dan was first a loan officer but due to his hard work and commitment, he quickly became the General Manager and partner of Fidelity First Home Mortgage.

We had refinanced several times with various area lenders and the results were always the same: It was stressful, full of “last minute” delays, unprofessional representatives and the closings never came on the date promised. Then Dan Eubanks and Fidelity First Home Mortgage came along. Dan sat at our kitchen table on a Wednesday evening, promising a closing within 14 days. I thought to myself, uh huh…heard this one before. A property appraiser would be calling to set up an appointment for the following week. I thought to myself, uh huh, heard this one before, too. Well, the appraiser didn’t call the following week, he called the following Saturday morning and asked to come that day since a blizzard was predicted for Sunday (and what a blizzard it was) and it concerned him that the weather would delay the appraisal and our closing. We went to closing within the 14 days Dan promised and it was done. No muss. No fuss. And certainly never any stress.

The appraiser is simply representative of the caliber of people Dan works with. Everyone is kind, helpful…and here’s a lesser-known commodity…there is integrity! We’ve since used Dan for some financial needs and if anything, the service has gotten faster and easier. There’s no scenario where we wouldn’t recommend Dan Eubanks.
