Cynthia Hoffert

Cynthia Hoffert is our Compliance and Office Manager and has been with Fidelity First since 2016. Prior to joining our ranks, she spent 22 years as a litigation and regulatory paralegal at a Baltimore law firm with offices here in Annapolis, where Ms. Hoffert spent several winters working with the firm's lobbyists during the Legislative Session.
